CHANGE OF MIND

In the event you change your mind we will accept a return of our products under the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Proof of purchase must be presented, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice.

• The product must be returned in the original unopened packaging. All original factory seals must be intact.

• Pack the item(s) safely for shipping, to prevent damage during transport. Items should be returned in either their original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. 233621 Audio Australia reserves the right to not accept returns that are damaged during postage, as a result of not being properly packaged for shipping.

• Any items returned are done so at your own expense (for example packaging and shipping costs). We recommend any products returned are shipped with tracking. However, we reserve the right to reimburse you for any shipping costs.

• 233621 Audio Australia reserves the right to refuse any return refund request for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

• On receipt of the items, a 233621 Audio Australia team member will inspect the items. If the above conditions have been satisfied a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
