Warranty

All 233621 Audio Australia headphones come with a 1 (one) Year Limited Warranty ONLY if purchased directly through www.233621.com.au.

 

The benefits given to you by this limited warranty are in addition to, and do not detract from, any rights and remedies that you may have under Australian consumer protection laws.

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

WARRANTY TERMS

  • 233621 Audio Australia warrants your products against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly through www.233621.com.au.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice.

  • Products purchased through other e-commerce platforms (for example, e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay etc) or non-authorised retailers in Australia are not included in these warranty terms.

  • The warranty is valid from the original date of retail purchase for a period of 1 (one) year.

  • In the case of a covered warranty defect, 233621 Audio Australia will at its option:

(A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts;

(B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or

(C) provide a refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product.

  • This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents or acts of force majeure or any other actions that 233621 Audio Australia deem to have caused a fault or defect with the product. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.

  • You will be responsible for paying any shipping, insurance or transportation charges, and any import fees, duties and taxes, incurred by you or us in connection with your warranty claim.

  • If after further examination, we believe that there is a fault with the product we will reimburse you the shipping charges (Please note: we will require proof of the shipping charges).

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

  • This warranty is void if the label on a product bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.

  • No 233621 Audio Australia reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
